The memory of our work starts from here, from this top image that takes us back to the postwar period.
It is well known that after World War II, which brought Europe to its knees, items and clothes stolen from American convoys were being peddled in our parts( resin and surrounding areas). In addition to the objects and garments that told of overseas customs and traditions, it was the military garments and objects themselves that were highly sought after, because in addition to telling ( though sometimes being tattered rags) war stories, they had great versatility in use.
Our Forefather( who in the photo is the second on the right seated), at that time a young man with great resourcefulness and energy, began to take an interest in this sort of “postwar market,” and bought the first so-called “bales” from American and other military convoys.
The purchase was successful and many were interested buyers.
This laid the economic foundation for the development of our enterprise and the purchase of a basic location where we could be found and available to the customer.
The growth of the business has gone hand in hand with the generational transition from father to son and has come down to us, who in fact are the fourth generation.
It is obvious that with the passage of time we have seen fit , to maintain our basic line, but also to extend ourselves by also offering customers items pertaining to hunting, fishing, work and soft air clothing and paraphernalia.
We have also become a point of reference for Vintage designers often quoted in major fashion magazines and Italian and foreign film productions to equip sets and costumes of the big and small screen!
No longer being just an enterprise for users of a niche product, we hope to respond more and more to your varied needs.
